Welcome to Harman Kaur Arts. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our shop. By accessing our site or purchasing artwork, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Art Representation

  • Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors of our artwork as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors and screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate to the final printed product.
  • Handmade Nature: For original paintings, please note that slight imperfections are part of the handmade process and character of the work.
  • Prints: Our fine art prints are produced using high-quality archival inks and paper (Hahnemühle Photo Rag). These are made-to-order.

3. Intellectual Property (Copyright)

  • Artist Rights: All artwork, images, and content on this website are the sole property of Harman Kaur Arts.
  • No Reproduction: Purchase of a print or original painting does not transfer copyright. You may not reproduce, scan, reprint, or resell the artwork in any form without express written permission from the artist.
  • Social Media: You are welcome to share photos of your purchased art on social media, provided you credit @HarmanKaurArts.

4. Limitation of Liability

Harman Kaur Arts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.
