Returns and refunds


I stand behind the quality of every print that leaves the studio. I personally inspect each piece before it is packaged and shipped. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit or has a clear quality defect, please contact me immediately.

To resolve any issues, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Email me at [email protected] with the subject line "Damaged Print - Order #[Your Order Number]".
  3. In your email, please include:
    • A clear description of the damage or quality issue.
    • Photographs of both the damaged print and the packaging it arrived in. This is essential for processing a replacement.

Once I have received and reviewed your email, I will arrange for a replacement of the same print to be sent to you at no additional cost.
