Thank you for choosing Harman Kaur Arts. Each fine art print is a custom, made-to-order piece, created specifically for you with the highest quality archival materials. My goal is for you to be absolutely delighted with the art you receive.

General Policy

Because every print is made to order, all sales are considered final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect size selection. I kindly ask that you take a moment to review your order carefully before purchasing.

Damages and Quality Issues

I stand behind the quality of every print that leaves the studio. I personally inspect each piece before it is packaged and shipped. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit or has a clear quality defect, please contact me immediately.

To resolve any issues, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Email me at [email protected] with the subject line "Damaged Print - Order #[Your Order Number]".

  3. In your email, please include:

    • A clear description of the damage or quality issue.

    • Photographs of both the damaged print and the packaging it arrived in. This is essential for processing a replacement.

Once I have received and reviewed your email, I will arrange for a replacement of the same print to be sent to you at no additional cost.

A Note on Colors

Please be aware that colors can vary slightly from one computer monitor to another. I make every effort to ensure the images on the website are as close to the final printed product as possible, but slight variations in color tone may occur.
